20+ Years Experience Revitalizing Bars for Owners

I grew up working in bars. Started managing them in my early 20s and have been taking over bars and revitalizing them under contract for over 20 years now. You can think of me like John Tapper from Bar Rescue, except I’m not mean and I have never failed.

I speak with bar owners and figure out what kind of things they want to change within the bar to help it grow. I specialize in getting things done cheaply, mostly by being able to get it done myself instead of having to hire outside help for most things. I also specialize in bringing in fun and different entertainment that helps the bar grow quickly. Of course that means good advertisement, which I’m also able to accomplish on a small budget.

Once understanding the direction the bar owner wants to go with the bar, we establish a 6-12 month contract and an agreed upon price based on profits. I take over full control of operations and make the bar the best it can be. This often means getting rid of most of the staff and starting over. It is necessary to start fresh, especially since most employees within a failing bar are part of the reason it is failing.

I find and pinpoint all other reasons the bar is failing, including finances, inventory, equipment, advertisements, etc. These are generally easy fixes, but it’s knowledge that most owners don’t know and these fixes can help with profits immediately.

I have a long list of bars I have worked with all over the country, but most if not all bars want to sign a NDA (non-disclosure agreement) with me, and I have no problem with that. I understand not wanting the world to know that you need help.
